The Cueva de la Olla is located in Ejido Ignacio Zaragoza “El Willy”, Casas Grandes. The builders of the Casas Grandes Culture initially lived in caves, where they left evidence of their presence, such as in the Cueva de la Laja, del Rincón and de la Olla. Around the year 1100 AD they settled in the valleys, near their crops, thus consolidating the beginning of the Casas Grandes Culture. It is located 71 km from the center of the Magical Town of Casas Grandes. Estimated time 45 min.
