30 km southwest of Creel on the road to Guachochi, take a detour on a dirt road in good condition down the Tararecua ravine to reach the Recowata hot spring. Located next to the Creel stream, at the bottom of the ravine, this spring is arranged in such a way that several people can comfortably enjoy its waters in a series of pools that store the water before letting it flow into the stream. The water reaches the pools from a small waterfall, which makes the site even more attractive. The visit to Recowata from Creel takes a whole day to enjoy it calmly, but if you prefer, you can camp next to the spring and fully enjoy this site at the bottom of the ravine.
